Peuvent \u00eatre concern\u00e9s les patients qui ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient pas d\u2019une rente sociale ou d\u2019AI, ni de subventions pour des raisons purement administratives ou d\u00e9termin\u00e9es comme incoh\u00e9rentes au sens de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 humaine par le comit\u00e9. Par exemple : les patients en situation pr\u00e9caire tant au niveau familial que physique, mental ou \u00e9motionnel; les patients priv\u00e9s de leurs biens pour des raisons injustes telle qu\u2019une personne qui se ferait expulser de son appartement sans d\u00e9lai; les patients qui n\u2019ont pas assez d\u2019argent pour vivre comme ils le devraient d\u00e9cemment, cet \u00e9tat de fait \u00e9tant d\u00e9termin\u00e9 et reconnu comme tel par le Comit\u00e9.
